My family and I had a pleasant four-day stay at Colosseo during our visit to Rome. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short stroll from the iconic Colosseum, which made our morning walks quite enjoyable. With each step, my daughter couldn't help but marvel at the ancient structure, and we quickly found ourselves planning our day around its grandeur. One of the best aspects was the accessibility to major attractions. We took a leisurely 20-minute walk to the Roman Forum and Piazza Venezia, allowing us to soak in the sights without feeling rushed. The Trevi Fountain was another 20-minute walk, giving us ample opportunities to stop for gelato along the way. Claudia, the host, was very welcoming. She assisted us in arranging taxis to the airport, relieving any travel stress. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard, which provided a safe space for our kids to relax after a day of exploring. While basic toiletries were limited, we found the nearby Carrefour Express to be a convenient solution. Colosseo provided a comfortable base for our family adventure, blending accessibility with a family-friendly atmosphere.
